This makes magnesium one of the few supplement ingredients where credible, compliant health claims are both scientifically grounded and commercially usable without novel food authorisation hurdles. For brands formulating wellness supplements, magnesium is a high-confidence ingredient from a regulatory standpoint — provided the correct form, dose, and documentation are in place.
